Lost returns Wednesday night in the US, I for one will be watching from afar! They will play with no breaks until the end of the season. I for one love lost but cannot take the way they introduce new guys down on the beach, suddenly they are there and contributing to the conversation they were always there! The high court of Italy ruled that downloading files - be it software, music, or movies - is not illegal if profit is not the motivation. The case was a lawsuit against two students who set up a p2p file-sharing network, and who were initially convinced to one year in prison. The highest court in Italy overthrew the decision, and set them free.

If only we could get the same ruling in England!
